How is the AI assistant different from a menu chatbot?

What is n8n? Do I have to buy software?
n8n connects your tools and runs automations. Self-hosted it has no licence fee; you only pay for the server, about 500K VND a month.
Is customer data safe?
Server and accounts are in your company’s name. CROSS only has access during build and support, and you can revoke it at any time.
What if the AI answers wrongly?
It only uses approved documents and hands off when unsure. Every conversation is logged so you can review and refine the documents.
What do I need to prepare?
